Lead Recruiter

The Mission:

Cinnamon is a leading Roblox studio with multiple hit games and millions of players worldwide. We are building the strongest Roblox development team in the industry and need a recruiter who can deliver world-class results. This is not a standard recruitment admin role - it’s high-level talent acquisition. Your responsibility is to identify, engage, and secure the very best developers, artists, and designers in the Roblox ecosystem. You will be directly responsible for building a network of top-tier talent and ensuring Cinnamon remains the most attractive studio for elite developers.

What You'll Do:

• •Hunt down world-class Roblox devs across Discord, DevForum, Twitter, LinkedIn, and beyond
• •Build and maintain a network of top-tier talent (scripters, 3D artists, animators, designers)
• •Sell Cinnamon’s vision and close candidates who are already in demandMarket Cinnamon as the place to work: craft job posts, engage communities, and build our employer brand
• •Work directly with directors - no bureaucracy, just results

What We're Looking For:

• •Proven track record of headhunting high-value hires (gaming/tech ideal, Roblox a bonus)
• •Relentless drive to source, pitch, and close
• •Natural talent for networking in online communities
• •Strong written/visual communication (your outreach has to hit hard)
• •Obsessed with results, not process
