Animator

The Mission:

Cinnamon is a leading Roblox studio with multiple hit games and millions of players worldwide. We are building the strongest Roblox development team in the industry and need a recruiter who can deliver world-class results. We’re seeking a versatile Roblox animator able to take on a broad range of animation work — from diverse characters and rigs to varying styles and scene requirements. You should be comfortable delivering whatever the project calls for while working with minimal oversight.

What You'll Do:

• •Create high-quality animations for Roblox experiences using various rigs, characters, and animation styles
• •Handle the full animation pipeline from blocking to final polish
• •Adapt animations to match the studio’s style, gameplay needs, and technical constraints
• •Work independently while maintaining consistent delivery and meeting deadlines
• •Iterate quickly based on feedback and production needs
• •Collaborate with team members to integrate animations into projects
• •Maintain organized animation files and follow the studio’s pipeline and workflow standards

What We're Looking For:

• •Strong experience using Roblox animation tools and workflows
• •Ability to animate a wide variety of characters, rigs, and styles
• •Capable of managing animation tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision
• •Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines consistently
• •Comfortable working in a fast-moving production environment
• •Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly
• •Full-time availability or contract with intent to transition to full-time
• •Based in the UK and able to work remotely from home
